Is it good for all ages?

Im going to get a rat so im getting the food, cage, and necessities all together so they dont go without!

Stuff like Harlan Teklad is available online. something like 2016 is appropriate for all ages, or 2014...

I know you can get it at Kim's Ark, the Crafty Rat, the Rat shop, etc, etc.
