Hello everyone, was looking for advice...
I will most likely be taking him to the vet but wanted to get some opinions first.
As seen in the title, one of my male rats suddenly cannot move his back legs (This got worse over a few days but did start suddenly)
His belly also feels "hard" compared to my other rat.
When this happened I had him on Fish Mox for a respiratory infection (Fish Mox did the trick with another infection when he was younger)
Not sure if that could have had anything to do with it...
I am not aware of many good rat doctors in the area (I am from Escondido California)
So was looking for some guidance on how I should proceed or if anyone knows of any good vets in the area that won't cause me to go totally broke.
Thanks for your time!

Take him to a vet for sure.

This could be paralysis, but I personally don't have any experience with this topic. Hopefully people more knowledgeable about this subject will respond! I wish you and your rat the best, this is a concerning situation :(
