I'm growing some radishes and beets at the moment and have lots of little sprouts I'm constantly thinning to make room for the bigger plants. Do you think that these would be safe to give to my rats? The greens of radishes and beets are always edible, so I assume that the sprouts are edible too as I've seen radish sprouts in salads. Is this okay for my rats?

Yep, it's fine.

(Tip: When thinning out seedlings, snip the tops off at soil level with scissors instead of pulling them, or you'll disturb the other plants. Especially helpful with root vegetables.)
