If a monkey nut is specially formulated monkey chow, then I would say no. That is why they are called "monkey" nuts.

A monkey nut is somewhat like a cashew.

I'd think it would be fine, but very fatty so not often. :)

Peanuts are high in proteins and fats so as an occasional treat they are fine but not often.
