Something I have found if it is nasal sounds, is to take them into a steamy bathroom and hold them. I do this with mine for about 15 minutes a couple times a day. If it is chest noise, I do not do it as it can add to moisture in the lungs.

Yes, she has been hopping around on the bed for the past half hour, bruxxing and play-fighting her sister. I think it's probably just the sniffles. I tried the steamy bathroom thing and she already sounds a lot better.
