This is the first rat I have ever owned, please don't flame me because he's alone.
I got him not long ago from a woman who could no longer keep him because she had no room for two cages, his brother kept attacking him.
As a result of this he has scars, kinks in his tail and only 3/4 of a tail left.

His name is Kiwi but we also call him Wookii and Woowoo, he's around 1 1/2 maybe less?
Poor little Woo has to have an operation soon to be castrated so he can be introduced to some lovely little females.

And here's my little Kiwi thinking he's a HEDGEHOG!

 I didn't know you can get them with black eyes. I've just remembered, siamese are different to seal point siamese. :D
I love BEWs. What I'm really hoping for one day is a masked rat or a patched rat.

What kind do you have now?

Awh, she is absolutely gorgeous!
Females are a lot smaller than males, and I like the big ones, unfortunately my little fella likes to roll around in his own urine so he absolutely STINKS! ;D

I have just been through all of those pictures of them growing up and I am absolutely jealous.
You pay a bit more for blues and beiges over here.

True! And getting males castrated means they mark their scent a lot less (Or so I've heard)
But I've heard they also become less active and eat more so they get fat quicker.
And castration is expensive.

Kiwi is booked to get castrated on 14th October and the girls I will be getting will be ready by the end of November!
I'm sure Kiwi is looking forward to some company, he seems so lost in his cage on his own!
