She has not fallen anywhere, and one day we just noticed her holding her head at a tilt, and it had not turned back, is there any reason to why.
She will still eat and drink, but she just has her head at a tilt, and she will manage to get where she needs after getting balance and walking in circles a couple times.

She needs to see a vet. Head tilt is usually a sign of a ear infection. It could also possibly be a infected eye or some other problem. Regardless a vet is needed ASAP. Head tilt is never a good sign to see in rats and can possibly be deadly if not taken care of ):

Good luck to her.

Yeah sounds like its vet time. Head tilt can be caused by inner ear infection, pituitary tumour or stroke. Same treatment for all luckily.

How old is your girl?
