I have decided on names for my two new boys.
The lighter shaded one is Noori which means "light" and the darker one is named Duff, meaning "dark". Meanings are kind if simple, but I like the names. What do you think?

Oh, and I don't get genetics or anything at all, but I think Duff might be a satin coat. His fur is extremely soft and feels different than any other rat I have ever touched before. His color and texture are just beautiful! I suppose the satin coats can pop up in any litter. Anyone know about that?

THanks!

Can't wait to see! I believe satin rats have longer, thinner coats and different whiskers from other rats.

My Guinness's coat is soo shiney and soft I thought he was satin a while, but it's the normal length and his whiskers and normal..

He's just silvered, it seems, though I didn't notice that when he was little... :?

And he's still sooooft!
