Probably not the right place to put this but how do you uplaod pictures to the gallery, and what size do they have to be?

I'd say this place is fine. Actually I wish more people would put questions like this here and not in the lounge.

If you just want to put pictures in the gallery then just go down to the bottom left of the forums where it says "Coppermine Stats" Click "Create / order my albums"

I believe that's how you do it, if you were asking about something else just let me know.

well thats what I wanted to know but for some reaseon the photo page won't upload my pics--- when I click the upload I get the blank screen after and then it does nothing at all.

I think the max size is 3000 kb. Are your photos under that limit?
