Okay my rat sneezes alot and has a runny nose. I was wondering if running a humidifyier or boiling water would help it any.

Oh I use Carefresh and the vet we go to is weird, he says he can't do anything for a rat. =(

Yeah but the sneezing isn't terrible, there isn't any blood around her nose, but I don't really know what's causing it.

find a new vet! the sneezing sounds like she has a cold, so she needs medical care. It could be an allergic reaction to the carefresh too, maybe try using paper towels for awhile or something and see if it clears up. Just because their is no blood doesn't mean it isn't to be taken seriously.

mm I want to take her to the vet I really do but my mom is kind of dumb about this kind of thing and she said that she doesnt want to take 'stupid rat ' to the vet heh.. Maybe i can find another way to get to one.
How much would it cost and what do you think they could do for her?
Like give an injection or something?

i'm not sure what it would cost. it all depends on the vet and how much they charge. maybe you could get a friend or other relative to take you. they could give you antibiotics or something for her.
