I use this bedding for my two girls. They are constantly sneezing though. One thing I do that could maybe be not so good is scattering a bit of feed mix over the bedding and mixing it around so they have to “dig.” I wipe up pee from the trays every night (with water) and clean the cage with nature’s miracle small animal every week, in addition to changing the hammocks once a week. I feel horrible and idk what I’m doing wrong

I know what you mean. I use that bedding too but I use the natural color one. It could be a number of things though besides the bedding. Your air quality (do you have an air filter close to their cage), using scented detergent to wash their cloth things, using scented candles/spray/incense, smoking?, the season? I think the wood stove we have to heat our house doesn’t help either. Also dry air too- from using any heat source it’ll dry the air so add a humidifier close to their cage. Can also let them in the bathroom with the shower on hot to make it steamy for them, do that a few times a day if able. Maybe try not having bedding in the cage for a week, use fleece liners or nothing but be diligent in cleaning up their pee especially. Or just a small pan with litter so they can use it as litter tray, if they’re litter trained it’ll be easier. Try to use unscented things to clean with- vinegar, baking soda, unscented soap (I’ve used Dr Bronner’s and other all natural soaps). Also over cleaning their cage will make them scent it more so try to only clean up their pee/poop and every couple days their cloth stuff, leave one though and do a rotation type thing (hopefully that made sense :p ). Instead of sprinkling food in the bedding try a box of fabric scraps (careful of any strings if using plain cloth, fleece would be better). Foraging toys- can hang on cage or sit on floor (look at even ones for birds and cats). Toilet paper tube with food inside, stuff paper towels or fabric then fold over ends make a fun toy. Look at other posts on here some are helpful.
