Do rats poo as much as mice..?
Sorry for the weord question but my old mice always did like every 2 secondes....its kinda annoying lol.

They do poo a surprising amount, but most of them will learn not to poo at certain places or times (like on their humans or at free time).

I don't think they poo as much, but as Forensic said, they learn. many learn not to poo in bed, or on you.
and you can litterbox train them to make clean up easier.

Rats and mice have very high metabolisms so what goes in, must come out, and quickly!
