As a treat, yes. As a staple diet, no.
For a staple diet go for rat lab blocks. I recommend oxbow young rat and mouse food if their under 6 months. If they're above 4-6 months I recommend oxbow adult rat food.

It's a shame that many countries don't require packaging to contain an actual list of ingredients. I'd say that this mix is a bit high in fat so I'm guessing there are a lot of seeds. I'm guessing that you won't be able to find Oxbow in India so you may consider creating your own homemade mix. I hear that The Scuttling Gourmet e-books are fantastic and the Isamu Rat Care youtube channel has several videos on the topic of homemade diets. Another option would be to check to see how much it would cost to have a mix shipped from Rat Rations in the UK.
