Hi,
Since tumors are common in rats, and most of mine don’t have good genetic, I was wondering if I should use insurance. In the bay, a removal costs like 500! Options?

You'll want to look at the cost of the insurance as well as the full list of procedures that the insurances covers (or doesn't cover). Pet insurance doesn't cover everything. I've never actually talked to anyone with insurance for their rats. I have no idea if it's a good use of your money.
