I've got the rats a week ago, so they are still adjusting and they are much better and less shy. But One of the rats squeaked at me couple times when I tryied to take him out from the cage. It just happend two times out of 20 and each time I stopped and didn't take him out. I am not sure this is correct, maybe I must keep doing what I planned to and do not pay attention to his squeaks? At another hand I do not want to bother him too much so that he will hate me, he definatly showed me he didn't want to be picked that time. So what is the right thing to do?
Thank you!

You need to handle them so that become adjusted to you. The more therats get handled the better they will be over the long run.
