Signatures?

How do we get a signature? All I can find to change is an avatar. I got a banner I want to use, but don't know how to apply it:

isn't it cute? I want it as my sig, though....

right now the rules allow a sig image of 120px high, 500px wide. your image is too big 200px by 600px.

to add a sig you would go to: Members options >> My Account
