Looking for information.

I read somewhere that hairless rats require special care for their exposed skin. One person said they should be bathed regularly, another one suggested wiping down with a wash cloth and then massaging a tiny amount of olive oil into their skin to keep it soft and supple (safe if ingested while they are grooming). I trust the advice given here.

My two boys are both neutered and seem to be fine, but with winter coming the air inside can get really dry and I worry it could dry out their skin. What recommendations do all of you have?
