I've had Felix for a few weeks now and he's been sneezing occasionally. He's extremely active and drinks plenty of water and eats plenty of food. He doesn't have any of the red stuff (it's name has escaped me) around his nose or anywhere else for that matter.
He seems really healthy but the sneezing kinda worries me. It doesn't happen a lot. He may sneeze a couple of times a day. If he goes near dust he sneezes a lot, but so do I.
Maybe he's got allergies or is asthmatic? I have no idea? Any suggestions?

Rats have an extremely sensitive upper respiratory system. They're prone to being a little sneezy, especially around dusty things, or when exploring new environments. It sounds like he's fine. It's only when they sneeze repeatedly every day/hour/minute that you should start worrying, or when you see excess porphyrin around their nose/eyes.
