My little black berkshire baby, Acid(featured in my icon), seems to have a swollen paw.

It's not bumblefoot, I've dealt with that before on the same girl and this is different.

It's soft, like it's just filled with fluids. Has anyone heard of this happening in rats? Should I take her to the vet for it or is there a (hopefully much cheaper)home remedy?

Or is this even anyhting to worry about? It doesn't seem to bother her in the least, it just worries me.

Acid is an big bundle of energy, otherwise I'd have pictures.

Check all her nails. When my Jay had ripped off one of his toe nails it had gotten infected and swollen. Maybe thats when happend? I forgot what I had used >.< but after a few days the swelling had gone down and hes a better now :) But if It doesnt go down I'd take your baby to the vet, just in case.
