There is a poll like that in another (Estonian) rat forum, and there came a question, whether the rat owner in other countries are mostly younger or older than those in our country, and what is the average age for rat-keepers overall.

Im 19 and I currently have 4 rats (one is a rescue) Have started rescueing rats but trying not to take too many on! (well college takes all my time up) They're so much fun to work with rats
I'm in my late 20s and have 107 rats. I adopted 25 out last week, which was possibly a new record for me. One of our recent rescues died on the weekend, she was pretty clearly neglected by her previous owner. Rats are popular over here; I have more people wanting them than I have rats to give them I'm adopting two this week and I'm so excited! It's been months since I adopted any (although I've taken in rescues more recently).
