The Rat Sack

So I crocheted a rat sack for the boys, I figured I'd try it out on them first haha

it's made from cotton yarn that my mother in law gave me and then I hand sewed in some scrap fleece. When I got up this morning they were both in it =] I'm gonna make the ladies one in purple cotton yarn this weekend, but larger...I don't think they will sleep in it lol but I'll give it a try!

For the sack I just started making a hat [using half double crochets] and when I got it as wide as I wanted I did half double crochets and decreasing randomly until I got it as big as I wanted then started to quickly decrease until I got to the 'tunnel' part and did hdc until I got that as long as I wanted I turned it inside out and wrapped fleece around it and hand sewed it in...I'm sure that didn't make sense lol but I just eyeballed it all and went with the flow haha
