Three little biege girls (yes girls!). I was intending to get an all male trio but when I went to go pick them up the girl asked if I could take three females instead. She was having difficulties finding the ladies homes. Right now they're all snuggled up in their cage, looking cute after a long bus ride home.

I'm not a fan of girl names so they all have male names. They're cute as buttons but I am going to have to put some color on them so I can tell them apart. Tony makes herself pretty apparent compared to the others. She'd bold where as the other two have been mostly asleep. Sat on my shoulder the entire way home sniffing around and licking my fingers. I've only had them for two hours and I think I'm already starting to play favourites.

Oh they're just so cute. I am off to take pictures and look at their cuteness.

Yeah... Sid and Maxxie. They can all sort of be boy and girl names so it works. Oh how I love the baby stage. Adults are adorable too, but I've always found it amusing how people mistake them for long tailed hamsters when they're young.

When you bring one out and someone says "omg is that a mouse?" and you just look at them like, seriously?
It annoys me more that it should...

or the "Ewww!" response.

sry lol im at work, i often open a topic and then go and deal with some customers, i then come back and read it without rechecking the title
I do that too. Don't worry about it.

I don't mind the ewwww response. I just don't like it when people say they are carrying disceases. Oh please. Most children probally have more germs on them. Besides, I am not going to pick up and snuggled a wild rat anymore then they would. I have wild rats on my property. There is a difference between the two.

When they're babies I can understand being mistaken for a big mouse. Not when they're adults though.
