What would make two rats happy?

Currently looking into getting two rats, im not sure what would make them happy in a cage. The cage is a KINGBO 14x14x23 and with two or three stories if I can remember. And as a student I need to keep them happy while at school, and I'm not experienced with owning a rat or other small animal like them. So I need advice for what I should get like, hammocks, bedding, toys, ect!

Highly reccomed looking on ebay and other used stuff sights for a big cage at a good price! I found my dream cage at a store today for 459 and its on ebay in great condition for 239, granted I cant buy it yet due to my rats situations but they have many great sized used cages for better prices than alot of stores!
