After reading the last topic I wanted to know what everyone out there uses! I am currently using Forti-Diet because it was the only thing in the petstore that said rat but the protein% is 21, so I'd like to switch, and I'd like to know what people prefer!

Kaytee Forti-Diet? Most people here will also suggest getting rid of the Kaytee as it contains carcinogens.

I feed Harlan Teklad, but sometimes I mix it up with some all-natural, low-protein dog food for variety... and some grain mix... and fresh veggies.

I feed Mazuri because I can't get Harlen Teklad right now but I'm hoping tha by the time I'm out of the bags of Mazuri I have that I'll be able to order some and maybe a rat grain mix from thius ratzrealm website. For right now, since I'm only able to get my rats food from Petsmart....Mazuri is the best choice right?

I mix a Suebee's of sorts with a Nutro adult lie formula dog food( http://www.nutroproducts.com/ncdry-lite.shtml ).

Vixie - that is exactly what I use, but with Wellness fish and sweet potato!
