Hi everyone. I'm not sure if it's just the UK but today is World Mental Health Day, aimed to raise awareness and end the stigma surrounding mental health.

I thought it might be good if we posted links to a local mental health charity and hopefully someone currently suffering alone will find somewhere to get help and change their lives.

Here is my local charity in County Durham, North East UK

Remember, you are not alone and do not need to be ashamed. Speak up!! There is so much support and help out there. I've suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for years and I am finally speaking out and beginning the process of getting help.

Good idea.

Heres a link to the Birmingham & Solihull, UK mental health help & advice website:

I also have suffered from anxiety for a long time and it's only in the past 2 and a half years that I've actively seeked help and support. Please never feel like you're not important enough to ask for help. You are worth it, you are worth everything.
