Do you know how much it ate? How is he/she acting now? If it was toxic, there would probably have been a reaction by now to it. But keep a very close eye on the poops because it could also cause a blockage. Give lots of water. If they are still pooping after 24 hours, you should probably be ok.

 

Between the two of them they ate one piece worth, the water bottle fell of and my sister put the bottle on top of the puzzle, causing it to get saturated and one piece fell off, which the rats proceeded to eat, they seem to be fine now but that's the last time I stay out of the house when my dad says all the kids are over

was it dried glue already? Or still wet? If it was already a mostly dry chunk and not toxic, they should be able to pass it very easily and there's nothing to worry about blockages unless it was a lot.

Darn kids! yeah, I'd be careful letting them around your babies again! Maybe tell them that they aren't allowed to go near the rat cage when you aren't there if you don't say it's ok and hopefully they will listen.
